We would like to notify you that in accordance with paragraph 4 article 90 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, starting from 05.06.2013 RZVA-Electric LLC being a part of High-Voltage Union Concern officially changes its name to High-Voltage Union-RZVA LLC.
The name was changed on the basis of the Company's General Meeting decision (Minutes No. 69 dated 04.06.13).
The phone numbers and location of the Company are not changed.
The name change does not affect the performance of the Company's obligations under the concluded contracts.
