Outdoor switchgears of 220, 150, 110, 35 kVare assembledfrom unified factory-made transportable modules. The modules consist of metal supporting frames with high-voltage equipment and auxiliary circuits elements mounted on them.
Switchgears of HV and MV-sides include the following types of circuit-breakers:
- BPC-110 in-house manufactured live tank vacuum circuit-breakers on 110 kV side
- VGT-110 , LTB145D1, DT1-145 , 3AP1EG- 145 live tank SF6 circuit-breakers
- VEB-110 dead tank SF6 circuit-breakerson 110 kV side
- LTB170D1 live tank SF6 circuit-breakerson 150 kV side
- VGT-220 , LTB 245D1, 3AP1DT-245 live tank SF6 circuit-breakers on 220 kV side
- BP35NS, BP35NS Min-house manufactured live tank vacuum circuit-breakers on 35 kV side
KTPBR 110, 150 and 220 kV transformer substations are connected in busbar circuits, one-ended and tapping transformer substations are connected inblock schemes, transit transformer substations are connected in bridge circuits with circuit-breakers in lines (and in transformer circuits and in the 220 kV bridge as well). MV-side switchgear of all mentioned transformer substations is connected as busbar schemes.
A transformer substation supply includes the following basic units and elements:
- power transformers (autotransformers)
- phase angle regulating transformers
- outdoor switchgears with rigid and flexible bus system elements
- cable constructions
- substation control unit
- LV equipment (in modular steel housing or cubicles for installation in a capital building)
- switchgears of 10 kV mounted in modular steel housing KRPZ-10 or in a permanent building
- illumination equipment, lightning guards, grounding, etc.
